buffalo's milk 100%

work in progress Rosario, master confectioner, from the renowned confectioner’s “Rosario” now run by his son Gaetano, has always been enjoying and loving mozzarella made from buffalo's milk from his region of origin, Campania, in the south of Italy.
During his frequent journeys back to his native city, Salerno, he has always let his Piedmont friends appreciate the tasty buffalo mozzarella. Till when he decided that it would have been a good idea to produce mozzarella here in Turin, as long as it could have kept the same quality of his town’s one.
No sooner said than done!

the breeding Moris Ingenious Rosario, found premises in “via Pietro Cossa”, had still to find a buffalo breeding in Piedmont territory.
The six hundred cow buffalos in the Moris´ breeding at Caraglio, near Cuneo, grant a high quality milk. A warm friendship was born, and a good collaboration too...
So today Rosario proposes you his specialities, all produced using buffalo´s milk at 100%!
